0.64 QoL and extra flavors

Version 0.64 introduces plenty of bigger and smaller changes
- New animations
- new music tracks
- rebalancing abilities
- new graphics and skill descriptions
- esoteric bugs hunted down and put out of their misery
Overall, previous announced changes have been introduced. New level didn't make it though. That comes later.
